Healthy ground.
A thriving farm.
We work with the wider landscape, building healthier soil and encouraging the diversity that helps a farm flourish.
We raise our marron in freshwater ponds on our farm in Donnybrook, in Western Australia’s South West. Raising them calls for patience and careful attention to their freshwater environment, with each harvest selected for quality.
We believe looking after the land is part of growing exceptional food. Permaculture and regenerative principles guide our approach, from supporting biodiversity to caring for soil and water.

Marron are freshwater creatures. Caring for the water that sustains them is inseparable from the quality of what we produce.
Our marron take three years to reach maturity. We give them the time and attention they need to develop.
